About the Role:As a Guest Experience Lead, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our customers. You will lead by example, ensuring that every guest feels valued and respected. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the guest experience by checking in with customers and ensuring they are enjoying their visit.
- Be the solution by handling guest concerns and providing a resolution that meets their satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a welcoming and friendly restaurant environment.
- Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald's App and Mobile Order & Pay features.
- A humble and hospitable demeanor.
- Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members).
- A desire to learn and grow.
- The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs.
