Requirements
  • 2+ years of QA experience in a Salesforce development environment.

  • Hands-on experience using debug logs to troubleshoot Apex and declarative tools issues.
  • Ability to collaborate with Business Analysts to create actionable tickets for development teams.
  • Strong drive to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Prior experience with Sales and Service Cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE (3 days in Office and 2 days Remote from Home).
