Job Overview

Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC) is a leader in providing pest management solutions tailored for the commercial food sector.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will operate under the guidance of the Customer Service Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with clients and internal team members, processing orders, preparing freight quotes, and tracking shipments. You will also be tasked with maintaining applicators' licenses and entering stewardship data, managing product costs and pricing, and ensuring accurate documentation of customer-approved pesticide lists, labels, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries and calls from customers and field personnel.
  • Assist clients by taking and inputting orders into the order processing system.
  • Perform data entry and submit information to SharePoint for tracking shipments, product details, bill of ladings, equipment parts, and other essential documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with Accounting, Marketing, and other departments to assist with cost adjustments, sales comparisons, and special projects.

Requirements:
