**Job Responsibilities**

We are seeking fully licensed counselors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in trauma, multi-cultural issues, addiction, and grief and loss. A minimum of four years' experience in individual, couples, group, and/or family therapy is required. Multi-lingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality clinic-based services
  • Conduct assessments based on DSM 5 diagnoses
  • Develop treatment plans based on a client-centered approach
  • Maintain accurate and timely client documentation and records in accordance with billing requirements, agency standards of excellence, and HIPAA requirements
  • Provide crisis management, risk assessment, safety planning, and mandated reported as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must be a fully licensed LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCAS, Ph.D or Psy.D in psychology with a current license to practice independently as a mental health professional in the state of North Carolina
  • Minimum of four years' experience in individual, couples/family, and/or group therapy with adolescents and adults
  • Experience with electronic records
  • Strong clinical assessment and clinical writing skills
