We are seeking a highly skilled Procedural Registered Nurse in Day Surgery to join our pioneering healthcare team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape patient experiences and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with at least 3 years of experience, including 1 year in Day Surgery or PACU in a hospital setting. They will be responsible for conducting thorough patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and evaluating responses to ensure optimal outcomes.

As a key member of our surgical team, the Procedural Registered Nurse will assist with procedures, monitor patients during pre- and post-operative care, and provide education and guidance to patients, families, and healthcare staff.

Key qualifications include a BSN or higher education in nursing, active RN license, and BLS certification. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a commitment to quality improvement initiatives, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

In return for their expertise and dedication, Next Move Healthcare offers an attractive compensation package, including a salary range of $53,000 - $85,200 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, benefits include immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5%, debt-free tuition assistance for degrees and certificates, and PTO accrual starting Day 1.
