Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing direct patient care within the scope of RN practice act and according to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Assessing patient's psychosocial, educational, and physical needs, and developing individualized care plans to address these needs.
  • Developing and prioritizing plan of care to attain measurable goals, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Managing acute and chronic pain on all patients, including post-procedure and surgical patients.

Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000-$115,000 based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
