Project Coordinator

Job Summary
The Project Manager at MDM Solutions, LLC is responsible for overseeing construction contractor activities and collaborating with Chief Inspectors, Resident Engineers, and Contractor Superintendents to ensure work is performed in accordance with project requirements.
This role involves verifying the scheduling of time-sensitive activities, attending project-related meetings, and serving as a liaison between the Contractor, Chief Inspector, and Manager of Construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality control of As-Built drawings for final approval
- Manage RFI/Change Order process, including generating change directives and reviewing contractor requested changes
- Review and approve inspection timesheets and prepare job completion reports
- Establish professional business relationships with contractors, suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Maintain awareness of Company policies regarding work ethics
