Michael Page is partnered with a Maryland-based, family-owned General Contractor specializing in federal government projects. They are actively seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Assistant Project Manager.

Client Details

Our client is a family-owned General Contractor based in MD with over 20 years of experience. They have evolved from a residential contractor to a well-known federal government contractor, completing projects ranging from $500K to $20M for entities such as the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, MD Air National Guard, and more.

Job Responsibilities

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation
  • Monitoring project progress
  • Attending project meetings
  • Completing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Reporting to a Project Manager

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in construction
  • A degree in a construction-related field (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
