We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Client Relations Specialist to become a vital part of our organization. In this position, you will serve as the main liaison for our esteemed clients, ensuring their service requirements are fulfilled with the utmost professionalism. You will play a crucial role within the MRO team, actively contributing to the operational needs of the Repair Services division. If you are dedicated to providing outstanding client support and excel in a fast-paced setting, we would like to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities include the following:

• Manage and process complex customer orders that require significant decision-making skills.

• Collaborate across departments to address and resolve issues.

• Engage in teams focused on enhancing processes.

• Cultivate client relationships to foster repeat business opportunities.

• Prepare responses for proposals and bid submissions.

• Oversee sales orders and related processes to ensure smooth order flow.

• Analyze ERP reports to identify potential challenges in timely order execution.

• Coordinate purchasing activities and work with Buyers to expedite procedures.

• Investigate and resolve client issues related to deliveries and purchase order discrepancies.

• Manage payment transactions from clients.

• Ensure compliance with export regulations for international shipments.

• Collaborate with internal teams until order completion.

• Understand and adhere to AS9120 and ISO9001 standards.

• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to successfully fulfill each essential duty. The qualifications listed below are indicative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in account management or customer service, ideally within the repair services sector.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, strong analytical skills, and a client-focused approach.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Quantum and other relevant software tools.
  • Team Player: Capability to work effectively in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
