Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct and assist with audits, reviews, and compilations across various sectors.
2. Prepare and scrutinize financial statements while assessing internal controls.
3. Support the management of daily operations related to planning, fieldwork, and finalization.
4. Create realistic time budgets and coordinate audit requests to adhere to deadlines.
5. Mentor and train junior accountants.
6. Foster strong client relationships through positive engagement with client personnel.
7. Communicate with the Audit Manager regarding work progress and any client-related issues.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a certified public accounting environment.
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
4. Professional demeanor, self-driven, and motivated.
5. Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with interpersonal abilities.
7. Ability to collaborate effectively to meet deadlines.
8. High attention to detail and accuracy.
9. Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. Effective time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
12. Proficient in multitasking within a fast-paced environment, approaching tasks with urgency.
13. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certified Public Accountant or actively pursuing CPA certification.
2. Experience with Thomson Reuters CS Professional Suite, specifically AdvanceFlow.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 annually
