Ophthalmology Sales Expert

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Lumenis, a global leader in minimally invasive clinical solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in your assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth in your assigned territory through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships to ensure continued revenue growth.
- Prospect and build pipeline for new business opportunities, targeting competitive accounts and non-core physicians/businesses.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at multiple levels.
- Forecast and submit sales reports in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or capital equipment sales, medical device preferred.
- Demonstrated/proven track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth.
- Ability to manage and close complex sales.
- Positive attitude and approach to job responsibilities, team player.
- Microsoft applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Salesforce experience preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
- Uncapped commissions: up to $160,000 OTE.
- Monthly car allowance.
