Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the daily operations of our IT department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing IT staff and overseeing all aspects of our IT infrastructure. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, managing our current IT staff, and implementing new technologies to improve our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security, system reliability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure the effective maintenance and support of all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs.

Requirements
