Security Clearance:
Active Secret Clearance is required.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development, including hands-on experience with SharePoint 2013, 2016, or 2019.
Proficiency in SharePoint Online and Office 365 is preferred.
Strong experience with SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and PowerShell.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in client-side development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience with server-side technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, and Web Services.
Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams integration.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Certifications:

Microsoft Certified:
SharePoint Developer or other relevant certifications.

Experience in a Government/Military Environment:
Familiarity with DoD regulations, compliance, and security protocols.

Work Environment:

Hybrid Schedule:
This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with 1-2 days required onsite in Norfolk, VA. The remaining days can be worked remotely.
