Position Overview:
PeopleShare is currently seeking a Subrogation Manager for a reputable auto insurance firm. This role offers a direct hire opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, dental, and vision coverage.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation:
$80,000 - $100,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall operational performance of recovery processes, ensuring optimal results in both subrogation and salvage operations.
  • Manage vendor invoicing, including intake, reconciliation, and processing, collaborating closely with accounting and support teams.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the operational or legal sectors of a property and casualty auto insurance company's subrogation or salvage departments.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team of associates.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with both direct and cross-functional teams to build relationships and achieve objectives.
  • Familiarity with property and casualty underwriting and claims processes.
  • Knowledge of salvage processing procedures, including identifying potential subrogation cases, collection, and litigation for recovery.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including experience with CCC One estimating platforms, IAA/Copart salvage platforms, Arbitration Forums, and Microsoft Office Suite.
