About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Partner to join our team at Enpro Inc. as a key member of our Human Resources department. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our organizational talent and make a significant impact on our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

The Talent Development Partner will be responsible for leading key talent management projects and collaborating closely with our Senior HR Director, Talent & Culture, to foster an engaged and talent-focused organization. This role will span across:

Talent Management
  • Learning & Development: Design and deploy leadership development programs to meet organizational objectives, measure effectiveness, and adjust strategy as needed.
  • Organizational Development: Deploy leadership development strategies, design team coaching experiences, and support change management initiatives.
  • Talent Management: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to deploy talent and performance management strategies, develop succession plans, and recommend process improvements.
Analytics & Systems
  • Work with Senior HR Leadership to develop and maintain meaningful HR and organizational analytics for the Enterprise.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in talent management, analytics, project management, or a similar field.
  • Strong technical aptitude, analytical skills, and business acumen.
  • Experience in coaching and/or team coaching.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and build trust with leaders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influence skills.
  • Articulate and persuasive communication skills.
  • Presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Self-directed, results-focused, and excellent initiative and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications

We welcome candidates with:

  • A Master's degree in industrial organizational development, HR Management, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
