Comprehensive Rehab Consultants is a dynamic and innovative company revolutionizing the way skilled nursing facility (SNF) care is delivered. We're seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant - Post-Acute Care Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with our post-acute therapy team to optimize rehabilitative outcomes and promote patient independence. As a Rehabilitation Medicine Clinician, you will provide specialized Physiatry/PM&R services as a rehab consultant, managing conditions common in SNFs such as CVA, progressive neurological conditions, and postoperative orthopedic surgeries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent CRC in your facility through strong clinical leadership and collaboration
  • Work alongside your PT, OT, and SLP teams to improve patient function and quality of life
  • Assess and manage barriers to therapy including joint or neuropathic pain, spasticity, neurogenic bowel, neurogenic bladder, and much more
  • Engage in culture building opportunities and ongoing education including monthly Didactic lectures, virtual office hours with a Physiatrist, and annual, regional dinners to meet your nearby colleagues

Requirements:

  • Nurse Practitioner/APRN/Physician Assistant License
  • Massachusetts License
  • Ability to work in the U.S.
  • Experience in post-acute space preferred
  • A great attitude and desire to deliver the best patient care

Location: Danvers, MA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000 - $125,000

Schedule: 8-hour shift with flexibility, though hours should hover around 9 AM – 4 PM

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate: Danvers, MA : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
