About Our Medical Oncology Practice

At Community Care Physicians, we are committed to providing exceptional cancer care to our patients. Our medical oncology practice is an integral part of our comprehensive cancer care program, which includes subspecialized radiologists, general surgeons, and radiation oncologists.

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Oncology Physician to join our team. As a member of our oncology program, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to delivering innovative and compassionate care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical oncology services to patients with various types of cancer
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other members of the oncology team
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in cancer care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Completion of Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree
  • Completion of an accredited internship and residency program
  • Active license to practice medicine in NYS
  • Board certification by an American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) Member Board or an approved American Osteopathic Association (AOA) specialty board
