Your Responsibilities as a Bilingual Mortgage Branch Manager:

This role is ideal for Loan Originators seeking an environment where they can excel. Key Duties Include:

  1. Oversee all operations within the assigned branch or team.
  2. Collaborate effectively with staff and management to uphold efficient file and processing standards.
  3. Regularly meet with supervisors to review production standards and maintain pipeline accuracy.
  4. Drive sales growth and mentor employees to achieve their production goals.
  5. Implement and adhere to all company policies, HR guidelines, and employee handbook provisions.
  6. Recruit, train, and manage branch personnel in alignment with HR policies.
  7. Represent the company and community with professionalism and integrity.
  8. Leverage marketing resources to enhance sales initiatives.
  9. Conduct sales training and implement best practices for optimal sales performance.
  10. Guide team members in utilizing technology, including Encompass and social media marketing.
  11. Organize regular branch meetings to facilitate communication across all employee levels.
  12. Support department heads and operational staff as needed.
  13. Monitor performance levels between sales and operations to ensure efficiency.
  14. Collaborate with upper management on goal setting and performance evaluations.
  15. Manage specific budgets as directed by management.
  16. Maintain personal loan production at or above $500k monthly.
  17. Engage in networking opportunities and community involvement.
  18. Ensure compliance with Dodd Frank / NMLS federal registration requirements.

Qualifications for the Bilingual Mortgage Branch Manager:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with Encompass Loan Origination System.
  • Recent experience in mortgage management is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
