Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Effective Communication Skills: Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients, both verbally and in writing.

  • Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills: Proven customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with Digital Products and Services: Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
