Job Overview: We're seeking a skilled Maintenance and Reliability Improvement Engineer to join our team at two Water Reclamation Facilities (WRFs) in Milwaukee, WI.

About the Job:

  • This role involves facilitating Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analyses, providing training on root cause failure analysis (RCFA), and conducting root cause failure analyses (Cause Mapping).
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing maintenance and reliability strategies into Veolia's corporate computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), identifying and applying maintenance and reliability best practices, and reviewing and revising Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMPs).
  • You will assist with lubrication program effectiveness and hydraulics improvement plan, conduct equipment condition assessments, complete equipment criticality analysis, and develop critical spare parts strategies.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical engineering or any relevant fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer or Supervisor or Reliability Engineer.
  • Motivated and dynamic professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technical expertise in sustainability, computer-aided maintenance management, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with VAMs, CMMS, and Google Suite is essential.
  • Certifications like CMRP, CRL, ASQ, STLE or PMP can be advantageous

Compensation: Estimated salary range is $90,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience.
