Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Process Engineer to join our team at National Career Consultants. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a challenging role that involves leading continuous improvement initiatives within the CNC Department.

About the Role:

  • To adapt equipment by developing new designs and specifications, as well as supervising installations.
  • To enhance staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions, teaching improved processes, and mentoring team members.
  • To determine new specifications by studying production requirements and analyzing equipment design and capabilities.
  • To prepare operators by conducting training and writing references.
  • To maintain equipment by determining preventive and routine maintenance requirements.
  • To update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • To accomplish engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

About You:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC process engineering, with a strong background in CAD/CAM systems and programming Siemens PLCs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and mentor team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
