We are seeking a skilled Charge Nurse to join our team at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla, Washington. As a member of our surgical department, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.
About the Role- Provide exceptional nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient OR operations
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to promote a culture of excellence and patient safety
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements- Graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
