About the Role
Providence is seeking a skilled Charge Nurse to join our team at St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla, Washington. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to achieve high-quality patient outcomes
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient care
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care delivery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities

Pay Range: $37.78 - $69.71
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
