Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Director to join our team at Genesis HealthCare Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for modeling clinical excellence and providing guidance and support to our nursing centers to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to enhance nursing center-level clinical outcomes and capabilities
  • Collaborate with Directors of Nursing to provide training and support to nursing center leadership teams
  • Identify clinical innovation and education opportunities and support nursing centers in executing specific clinical objectives
  • Provide on-site support to nursing centers as needed, including during surveys and Plan of Correction development
  • Establish a framework for information sharing between Market Directors of Nursing and other stakeholders to encourage collaborative utilization of resources and best practices
Requirements
  • RN, Bachelor's Degree required
  • Licensed in all states within the market
  • Experience as a Director of Nursing in a long term care facility preferred
  • Knowledge and experience of long term care required
