- Training and Development: Assess the needs of nursing centers to develop targeted training strategies and Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with market-level support teams to align care outcomes with industry standards and address specific market needs.
- Leadership Engagement: Foster interactions with center and market leaders to effectively deploy clinical support initiatives and special projects.
- Communication: Engage in multi-directional communications to support clinical objectives and priorities.
- Support and Guidance: Partner strategically with Directors of Nursing to assist nursing center leadership teams facing challenges requiring additional clinical support.
- Innovation and Education: Identify opportunities for clinical innovation and education, assisting nursing centers in executing specific clinical objectives.
- On-Site Support: Provide direct support during significant events and collaborate with nursing centers to develop and implement Plans of Correction.
- Resource Coordination: Detect opportunities for clinical capability enhancement and coordinate necessary resources to support Directors of Nursing in developing clinical skillsets.
- Information Sharing: Establish frameworks for sharing information among Market Directors of Nursing to promote collaborative resource utilization and best practices.
