Key Responsibilities- Enhance Clinical Outcomes: Innovate and elevate nursing center-level clinical results to ensure competitive differentiation and performance excellence.
- Training and Development: Assess the needs of nursing centers to devise effective training strategies and develop Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) plans aimed at surpassing clinical outcome goals.
- Collaboration: Work in tandem with market-level support teams to align care outcomes with industry standards and address market-specific needs.
- Engagement: Foster interactions with center and market leaders to effectively implement clinical support initiatives that bolster individual nursing centers and special projects.
- Communication: Promote multi-directional communication to align clinical objectives and priorities across teams.
- Support for Nursing Directors: Partner strategically with Directors of Nursing to provide assistance to nursing center leadership teams facing challenges or requiring additional clinical support.
- Innovation and Education: Identify opportunities for clinical innovation and education, supporting nursing centers in achieving specific clinical objectives.
- On-Site Support: Provide direct support during significant events and assist in the development and execution of corrective action plans.
- Resource Coordination: Identify opportunities for clinical capability enhancement and coordinate necessary resources to ensure accountability in clinical skillset development.
- Information Sharing: Establish frameworks for sharing information among Market Directors of Nursing to promote collaborative resource utilization and best practices.
