Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical strategies to enhance nursing center-level outcomes and capabilities.
- Collaborate with Directors of Nursing to identify needs and provide training strategies to exceed clinical outcome goals.
- Integrate with market-level support team members to position care outcomes consistent with industry standards.
- Engage in multi-directional communications to support clinical objectives and priorities.
- Partner with Directors of Nursing to assist nursing center-level leadership teams when challenged or require additional clinical support.
- Identify clinical innovation and education opportunities and support nursing centers with execution.
- Provide on-site support as necessary before, during, and after survey and assist in development and execution of Plans of Correction.
- RN, Bachelor's Degree required.
- Experience as a Director of Nursing in a long-term care facility is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience of long-term care required.
- Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year.
