Join Concentra and discover what sets us apart.The Middleware Systems Analyst I is tasked with overseeing, installing, configuring, administering, troubleshooting, deploying, and maintaining technology solutions. This role involves providing technical support, resolving issues, and performing scripting/programming to guarantee the stable and efficient operation of technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
Understand the middleware and integration strategy while documenting detailed requirements.
Collaborate with key technical resources and vendors to grasp technical requirements.
Conduct comprehensive impact assessments for any technical changes and their potential effects on upstream and downstream systems and processes.
Document all technical procedures.
Identify necessary reporting, instrumentation, and analytics to support automation.
Develop software tasks in line with Information System standards and methodologies.
Tackle technical challenges and enhance Concentra's systems, which encompass deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
Create tools for internal use to streamline and support the build and deployment process.
Enhance automated deployments, monitoring, management, and incident response.
Develop infrastructure and configuration as code.
Perform troubleshooting for both application and infrastructure issues.
Ensure critical systems, applications, and services remain operational by monitoring, gathering, and analyzing data from various network sources.

Customarily has at least the following experience:
3 years
Strong understanding of TIBCO Integration Design and Patterns.
Knowledge of secure communications utilizing SSL certificates.
Experience configuring BusinessConnect - creating/updating participants, configuring Gateway Server.
Proficient in working with Microsoft or UNIX operating systems (Windows Server and RHEL).
Prior experience with the Atlassian Suite, particularly JIRA and Confluence.
Automation of build and deployment processes using both tools and custom scripts.
Cloud Design/Deployment/Administration/Automation (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Typically has three or more years of experience with:
Monitoring systems using tools like AppDynamics, PRTG, Splunk, and writing health checks.
Troubleshooting builds & deployments of applications developed in various technologies from desktop to web and cloud-based applications via Atlassian Bamboo & BitBucket.
Able to configure, monitor, maintain, and deploy services and applications on WebLogic, Tomcat, TIBCO, and AWS. Other relevant experience with similar Application Servers, ESB platforms, and cloud providers will be considered.
Business Process Improvement, Problem Management/Preventive Maintenance, and Analytical & Conceptual Problem Solving.
Familiar with all aspects of business analysis, testing, and possessing a basic understanding of project management and the system development life cycle.
Agile/SCRUM experience.

Familiarity with TIBCO BW 5x, BW6, BC, EMS, Tomcat, Oracle, Sybase, and WebLogic.
Proficient knowledge of MVC, HTML, JavaScript, SYBASE/Oracle/MS SQL Server, SQL and query language, Unix Shell Scripting, Integration Platforms, APIs. C#, C, C++, Java is a plus.
Knowledge of Git-based source control platforms, primarily BitBucket and GitLab, is advantageous.
Solid understanding of zero-downtime deployments and rapid rollback strategies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak in a professional manner.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must possess a personal sense of urgency.
Ability to effectively multi-task and adapt to changing business priorities.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Keen attention to detail.
