Job Overview

Schedule: Overnight 11:00pm-7:30am

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome all guests in a professional manner as they enter the facility, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
  • Collaborate with administrative staff to keep unit owner information updated in the database.
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette for all incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Report any observed violations of community rules and regulations promptly.
  • Familiarize yourself with fire alarm systems and report incidents to management.
  • Contact emergency services in case of urgent situations, such as fires or unauthorized individuals.
  • Adhere to emergency response protocols by coordinating with management and emergency services.
  • Document daily activities and any irregularities for management review.
  • Report maintenance issues, including burned-out lights and leaks, to the Association office on a daily basis.

The work environment is primarily indoors, requiring frequent standing. The noise level is generally low to moderate.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Employees may occasionally need to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less. Manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow both written and oral instructions are essential. Employees must be able to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms.

This is a non-exempt position. Workdays and hours will be determined by property needs, and the schedule may change accordingly.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; some college education preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer software for various tasks, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A minimum of six months of related experience and/or training is required.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish may be necessary at certain locations.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality sector is highly preferred.

Employees report directly to the department supervisor and/or the Association Manager.
