Key Responsibilities- Welcome all visitors with a friendly demeanor, ensuring exceptional customer service as they enter the premises.
- Collaborate with administrative personnel to keep unit owner records current in our database.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette for all communications with residents, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Monitor and report any infractions of community regulations promptly.
- Familiarize yourself with the fire alarm system and report any incidents to management.
- In emergencies, such as fires or unauthorized individuals, contact the appropriate authorities.
- Adhere to emergency response protocols in coordination with management and emergency services.
- Document daily activities and any irregularities for management review.
- Report maintenance issues, including burnt-out lights and leaks, to the Association office on a daily basis.
The work environment is primarily indoors, requiring frequent standing. The noise level is generally low to moderate.
Physical RequirementsEmployees must be able to perform essential functions, which may include sitting, standing, reaching, lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, and pushing or pulling items weighing up to 30 pounds. Manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, and the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions are essential. Employees should be able to detect auditory and/or visual emergency signals.
This position is classified as non-exempt. Workdays and hours will be determined by property needs, and schedules may vary accordingly.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred.
- Proficiency in computer software for various tasks, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
- A minimum of six months of relevant experience or training is required.
- Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish may be necessary at certain locations.
- Prior experience in the hospitality sector is highly desirable.
Employees report directly to the department supervisor and/or the Association Manager.
