  • Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day
  • Supporting our team at live and online events
  • Distinguishing, growing, and engaging with clients online
  • Fulfilling online orders and preparing them for shipment
  • Maintaining daily communication with customers
  • Creating a positive and friendly customer experience
  • Assisting customers with styling help
  • Creating product labels and adding inventory to the point-of-sale system
  • Styling the shop for new product launches
  • Preparing the shop for pop-up and holiday styling
  • Assisting with in-store events

Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail experience preferred
  • Someone who prides themselves on extreme attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • The confidence and skills to communicate ideas clearly to clients and the team
  • The ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong leadership ability and self-motivation
  • Availability to work both weekdays and weekends
  • 20+ hours per week minimum
  • A great attitude
