Role Overview

We are seeking an Advanced Analytics Team Lead to support our Marketing Analytics, Consumer Analytics, and eCommerce Analytics teams. This role is perfect for an earlier-career professional with a strong technical and data science background and some experience in leading projects.

Key Responsibilities

Align the team's work with our strategic priorities, build and manage development work plans, ensure timely delivery of projects, and play a key role in reviewing code and troubleshooting technical issues. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python and SQL, and experience with machine learning and AI data products.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in a technical role with some experience in team leadership or project management. Proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience in coding, debugging, and code review. Experience with machine learning and AI data products. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
