About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients and rooms for office visits and procedures
  • Assist physicians in treatments and in-office procedures
  • Oversee patient flow to ensure throughput efficiency
  • Perform telephone triage and provide medical advice
  • Update patient medical information in our practice management system
  • Assist with patient care, post-op phone follow-up calls, and medication updates
  • Maintain consistent room stocking inventory and medical protocols

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing
  • Phlebotomy Certification Required
  • Previous clinical experience required
  • Current CT & NY State registration and licensure
  • BLS certification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office preferred
