Job Description
At Healogics, we're dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and advancing the field of wound care. Our Clinical Patient Navigator/Medical Office Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our team and ensuring seamless operations. Responsibilities include:

- Coordinating with Center leadership to optimize daily patient census
- Managing front office functions and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining accurate patient records and communicating effectively with providers
- Verifying insurance information and pre-authorizations
- Collecting and entering patient charges

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- A High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
- Current CNA, CMA, or EMT certification licensed in the state of employment
- Minimum 2 years of office administration experience in a medical setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
