About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Infant Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience #294. As an Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and supportive environment that encourages learning and development in our infants and toddlers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning Environment: Design and implement a learning environment that promotes exploration, creativity, and socialization among our infants and toddlers.
  • Lesson Planning: Plan and deliver lessons that align with our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, incorporating developmentally appropriate practices and meeting the unique needs of each child.
  • Communication: Communicate regularly with parents through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions, sharing their child's latest adventures and achievements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement, supporting the success of our center.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Teaching Experience: 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred; at least six months required.
  • Education: Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
  • Certifications and Training: Demonstrated knowledge of DAP, CPR, and First Aid certification preferred.
  • State Guidelines: Must meet state-specific guidelines for this role.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
