Position Overview

The Financial Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the preparation of financial transactions for processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation to finance institutions for all financial transactions.
  • Ensure that all essential paperwork is collected and forwarded to the finance provider to guarantee timely payment of financial agreements.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve a satisfactory profit margin on each transaction.
  • Review all documentation for accuracy regarding titles, lien details, tax information, and more.
  • Set and accomplish monthly performance targets.
  • Confirm insurance details with clients' agents, secure deposits, and validate trade payoffs.
  • Adhere to all organizational safety protocols and promptly report any incidents to a supervisor.
