At US Oncology, Inc., we are seeking an experienced Oncology Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) II to join our team in Beaumont, Texas.

This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled RN to support our patients and colleagues in delivering exceptional cancer care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in oncology nursing and be passionate about providing high-quality patient care.

Job Summary

We are offering a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. This role requires a minimum of three years of RN experience, with oncology experience strongly preferred. A current RN state license and Basic Life Support certification are also required.

The work environment is fast-paced and demanding, with potential exposure to communicable diseases and other conditions common to an oncology/hematology clinic environment. However, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a generous PTO program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and coordinate patient care consistent with established standards and practices.
  • Assess patient health status and provide teaching and instructional material as needed.
  • Facilitate clinical operations and patient care, triaging phone calls and documenting relevant information.
  • Act as a resource to LPN/LVNs and medical assistants, promoting interprofessional collaboration.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited professional nursing education program, BSN preferred.
  • Current RN state license and Basic Life Support certification.
  • Minimum of three years of RN experience, with oncology experience strongly preferred.
