Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute targeted business plans to drive census growth and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and case managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless referral-to-admission processes.
- Represent Encompass Health at community events and educational forums to promote our services and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory requirements to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Two or more years of experience in a healthcare environment, preferably as a clinician or tech.
- One or more years of experience as a nurse liaison or successful sales experience within a healthcare setting.
- Current state professional licensure and CPR certification required.
- CRRN certification preferred.
