Role Overview
As a Principal Engagement Manager at Assured, you will be responsible for driving the best outcomes with our customers. This role is a valuable customer partner and will work closely with our Executive Leadership, Engineering, and Sales teams.

About You

You have relevant work experience supporting enterprise customers with a complex product. An excellent blend of communication and technical skills and enjoy being in a customer-facing role.

Experience managing $MM ACV enterprise clients with "white glove" service. Project Management skills and can stay on task, but also not afraid to pivot quickly and reprioritize.

A strong sense of urgency and commitment to positive customer outcomes. Technical background/experience with interacting with APIs and integrations and the ability to review JSON files to uncover and communicate issues with the code.

Excited about working in a fast-paced, venture-backed startup. Industry knowledge and experience is a plus.
