About the Role

The Trauma Program Coordinator RN is responsible for coordinating trauma services for assigned hospitals in accordance with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements. This includes ensuring that all state requirements are met, providing consultation to healthcare providers in the care of trauma patients, and developing policies and procedures to ensure trauma service meets regulatory and/or designation requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate trauma services for assigned hospitals, ensuring compliance with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide consultation to healthcare providers in the care of trauma patients.
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure trauma service meets regulatory and/or designation requirements.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, and four years of recent related work experience preferably in an acute care hospital in Emergency, Trauma, or Critical Care nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Washington State Nursing Commission.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you can expect to receive comprehensive benefits, including health/dental/vision insurance, FSA, matching retirement plans, paid vacation, adoption assistance, and annual bonus eligibility.
