Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

As a Clinical Care Specialist with Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives. This role involves administering skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services, teaching them and their families, and performing services in accordance with physicians' orders and established plans of care.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services
  • Teach patients, families, and other healthcare team members
  • Perform services in accordance with physicians' orders and established plans of care
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an approved school of clinical education
  • Licensed in the state where you currently practice
  • At least one year experience as a licensed professional
  • Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device
