Job Title: Flooring Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Flooring Sales Professional to join our team at Carpet City Flooring Center. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, and growth within our assigned store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell our flooring products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Demonstrate products and services to customers, assisting them in selecting the best options for their needs.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Participate in face-to-face meetings and phone calls to address customer inquiries and promote product sales.
  • Research sources to identify potential customers and determine their needs.
  • Develop clear and effective quotations for customers.
  • Prioritize and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly.
  • Plan and organize personal sales strategy to maximize Return on Time Investment.
  • Follow up with customers after all points of contact.
  • Provide management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative.
  • Strong organizational skills with effective task prioritization.
  • Adaptable and open to change.
