Seasonal Apparel Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Apparel Outfitter to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for all customers.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest apparel trends and product offerings.
• Drive sales growth by making product recommendations, promoting programs, and providing excellent customer service.
• Support visual merchandising efforts, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized sales floor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, including restocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales and customer service goals.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
