Job Summary:
The successful candidate will provide speech and language therapy services to adult and pediatric populations, aiming to maximize functional movement and improve communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' communication needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy sessions in individual or group settings, ensuring effective goal achievement.
- Maintain accurate records and compile progress reports as required.
- Evaluate and recommend augmentative communication devices, providing training and support to caregivers and professionals.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical expertise.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Tennessee licensure in audiology or speech-language pathology.
- Proficiency in computer software applications and personal computing.
