Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and promote our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation
  • Conduct in-home appointments with prospective customers to provide back-up power solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' energy requirements and challenges.
  • Recommend appropriate solutions from our product portfolio to meet their needs effectively.
Pipeline Management
  • Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM software.
  • Track interactions, follow-ups, and next steps to ensure timely progress through the sales process.
Negotiation and Closing
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Drive towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Relationship Building
  • Schedule additional appointments with prospective customers through networking and building relationships with industry leaders.
  • Generate referrals from existing customers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • At least 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects and clients
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales quotas
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving objectives
  • Love of learning and testing new strategies and processes
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Florida region
