Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Architectural and Civil Marketing Managers to manage concurrent projects and oversee proposal responsibilities.
- Lead the development of effective proposal responses and support marketing campaigns through digital and print media.
- Utilize CRM tools and work closely with the marketing team for additional support.
- Facilitate proposal development and production processes.
- Write and edit non-technical content, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Conduct peer quality assurance and quality control reviews for proposals.
- Work alongside firm leadership and subject matter experts to coordinate and create marketing content that is tailored to client needs.
- Participate in opportunity identification and tracking.
- Assist with general marketing activities, including internal and external meetings, presentations, and continuing education.
- Organize trade shows and events, and compile qualification packages (RFQ/RFP/Statements of Qualifications).
