MaineHealth – Neurosurgery & Spine is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to practice at Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME. This is an opportunity to join our well-respected team in the Neurosurgery group, supporting 12 Surgeons and working alongside 15 Advance Practice Providers (APPs) providing surgical, emergency, and in-patient care and services, including ER consultations, hospital admissions, first assisting on Neurosurgical cases, and medical management of in-patients with daily rounds.

This position offers:

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Successful completion of accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current license issued by the State of Maine or eligible for licensure
  • Current BLS certification
