Job Overview">

This position provides the ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and providing excellent customer service. As a Cashier and Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with guests, processing transactions, preparing food service offerings, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.">
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a touch-screen monitor.">
  • Prepare and maintain food service products and coffees to meet customer demands.">
  • Stock merchandise and service products such as napkins, coffee cups, etc., to maintain a well-stocked store.">
  • Perform housekeeping and cleaning tasks, both inside and outside, to maintain a clean and safe store environment.">
  • Know and understand emergency fuel procedures to respond effectively in case of an emergency.">
  • Assist with inventory and putting away orders to maintain accurate stock levels.">
Requirements">
  • ">
  • Age 18 or older.">
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.">
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for 8+ consecutive hours and lift up to 55 pounds.">
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.">
