Compensation
Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time role, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary based on job requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely responses to user requests for technical support through multiple channels.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues concerning hardware, software, and network systems.
- Document, track, and manage reported issues using established processes.
- Deliver clear guidance to users to help them resolve and prevent future technical problems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams to ensure resolution.
- Follow up on escalated matters to uphold service level agreements.
- Assist in the installation and upgrade of software and hardware.
- Set up user accounts and reset passwords as needed.
- Support software and device configurations.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through effective solutions.
- Keep detailed records of support activities and user interactions.
- Generate reports on recurring issues to enhance support strategies.
- Collaborate with IT team members to address complex challenges.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Travel Requirements
This position may require travel to various locations, up to 40% of the time, including occasional overnight stays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Proficiency in using support ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
- Experience with software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
