Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scheduling/HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Office and other office equipment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling new clients and maintaining existing client schedules
  • Interviewing and registering caregivers
  • Scheduling caregivers
  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operation
  • Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Proven experience as a scheduling/hr coordinator or office administrator
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
